Shipping & Delivery

FREE DELIVERY FOR IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND ORDERS OVER €30

STANDARD IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY: €4.50 UK DELIVERY: €6.50.

Pulse Accessories offer a 3-5 day shipping in Ireland & Northern Ireland. We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or any other third party. All orders require a signature. Please ensure that you, or a trusted person is available to sign for your package. We will email you when your goods have been dispatched with a tracking number to allow you monitor the progress of your delivery If you are an international customer, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These taxes and duties are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. The customer will be responsible for payment of import duties and taxes. Before placing your order, if you have any queries please contact your local customs office.

Here at Pulse Accessories we take the privacy of our customers and the protection of their personal details very seriously. Due to the ordering process certain information you submit at the time of ordering is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1998 to 2003, solely by Pulse Accessories. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties. Pulse Accessories may collect and process personal data from their customers including: • Information provided by customers on forms on the website, including registering to Pulse Accessories and purchasing products. • Correspondence between Pulse Accessories and the customer. • Details of visits to the website and transactions carried out. • IT information including IP address, browser and operating system. Pulse Accessories may use the above information for the following: • To provide the products ordered to the customer • To contact the customer with regards to their order if there may be any issues. • To notify customers of deals, upcoming events and new products or services via our newsletter. • To verify payment details provided by the customer By submitting your email address for transactions, you are agreeing to receive Pulse Accessories’s Newsletter. You may, at any stage, opt out from these newsletters at the bottom of the newsletter. Pulse Accessories will not re-add you to the newsletter once you have opted out. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at Pulse Accessories, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Replacements

If your goods are damaged, unsatisfactory or not as described, Pulse Accessories allow the customer 14 days for inspection and to contact us via email about the rejection of the products. If this action is not taken within the 14 days, Pulse Accessories will assume your order is satisfactory and will not accept returns. To notify us of an issue with your item and to request a returns form please email cs@pulseaccessories.com. Once we receive your email, you will be issued with a returns form to be filled out and sent back with your order.

In the case of unwanted items, Pulse Accessories follow the following procedure. Upon receiving the returned items, Pulse Accessories will inspect the products to make sure they are in saleable condition. Pulse Accessories will issue a refund within 30 days if we are satisfied with your return. You will be returned the price of the product and not the delivery charge. You are responsible for the postage charge of your return.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery.

Ordering

When an order is placed, you will receive an email receipt of your order. Your electronic receipt of an order does not signify Pulse Accessories’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order. Pulse Accessories reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. In the unlikely instance a product you have ordered is out of stock, Pulse Accessories will inform the customer and offer a refund for that part of the order or send the rest of the order out with the out of stock item to follow at a later stage. The customer will not be charged extra for shipment of the out of stock item. Although availability may be indicated on pulseaccessories.ie, we cannot guarantee product availability and products as on the rare occasion this may be a fault with the system or with typography. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue, or cease certain products. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, at our discretion, contact the customer to suggest products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or offer to cancel your order.

Pulse Accessories offer a 14-day cancellation/change of mind period. If within these 14 days, your order has been shipped, you will be liable for the cost of shipping and returning the package. The goods must be unopened, in original packaging and unworn.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment shall be made by a pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to Pulse Accessories including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Where payment is made by credit card or debit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and Pulse Accessories shall not be liable in any way if for any reason your financial institution refuses to accept the credit card.

Discount codes are subject to their individual terms and conditions. Pulse Accessories reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders places which do not comply with these terms, even if your credit or debit card has been charged. In this instance, Pulse Accessories will inform the customer and issue a refund.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Pulse Accessories as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information about our brand and products to you. The information you provide is only available to Pulse Accessories and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Pulse Accessories to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Pulse Accessories Conditions, you agree to the above.

You agree that you will not misuse or abuse account access and passwords at Pulse Accessories. You agree that you are solely responsible for all activities under your account and you are liable for the consequences which may arise.
